This hotel is perfectly situated between two stunning beaches, allowing guests to easily walk to all conveniences. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday break. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The food was good, the staff were excellent, especially the manager who was a middle-aged lady; the hotel units were well-equipped with a balcony, a comfy bed, and a tidy bathroom.

The room had a fresh and modern vibe with a balcony, a cozy bed, and laundry amenities, we really enjoyed our stay.

Marty's @ Little Beach offers a fantastic location, situated between two beautiful beaches. Guests can easily walk to all conveniences, such as eateries and shopping, in less than a minute. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with tidy bathrooms, well-equipped little kitchens, and great amenities. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel accommodated four adults in one apartment, providing another bathroom. Moreover, the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel we stayed at had a great location with beautiful beaches close by. We were able to walk to both Shoal Bay and Little Beach, and they were both stunning. the hotel was also conveniently located near the Nelson Bay lighthouse, which we enjoyed visiting.

The hotel did not have effective noise policies in place, as we were disturbed early in the morning by a loud group of guests.

Our stay at Marty's @ Little Beach was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the staff. The room was beautifully renovated to a very high standard and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. We especially loved the heated pool, which allowed us to swim even in the winter. It was clear that the hotel takes great care and dedication to maintaining such a high standard. we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic time at Marty's! the location was tranquil and charming, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away in opposite directions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the communal dining area and the pool. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great facilities, excellent location, wonderful staff. the rooms were cozy and the pool was lovely. the location was perfect - close to the beach and shops. the staff were welcoming and the service was exceptional.

Wi-Fi was spotty and there were some issues with the laundry facilities. Although there was no oven or bath, the friendly staff made more than up for it.

The location of this hotel is perfect for us, with great walks to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. The swimming spot at Little Beach and along Shoal Bay Beach are absolutely perfect, and then being able to come back and go for a swim in the pool is a great way to finish the day. We also loved being able to walk straight out to the pool area and play area, it was so convenient. The hotel itself is well presented and comfortable, catering to all our needs. The rooms were immaculately clean and had built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, which was great for storing our belongings. The breakfast recommendations for nearby places were spot on, especially the Inner light tearoom for breakfast and Little Nells for dinner. the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel exceeded our expectations.
